"Service in Unity is helping many, many deserving people to reach their true potentials...SIU allows people an opportunity to be seen as human, met where they are at, and able to once again feel a sense of worth and purpose."

Josephine Gibson

Executive Director-Mental Health Association in Tompkins County

"We are so thankful for Service in Unity -- their employees have helped us get to necessary tasks around the office that staff struggle to find time to do, and we have been able to refer our own participants to the program to support them in their recovery. It's a win-win!"
We recognize that opportunities to be valued is a critical part of any recovery and is often difficult to obtain in a safe and supportive environment. We will bridge the gap by assisting staff and volunteers in reaching their full potential. We will provide an environment full of camaraderie, adding value, by supporting local organizations that support the local community.

Service in Unity Says We Prioritize Our Staff Wellbeing Above All Else, What Does This Mean?

We recognize that balancing recovery and work can be challenging. Often, individuals in recovery may feel they have to choose between their job and essential recovery activities. At Service in Unity, we eliminate this risk. We make it clear that if a staff member needs to take action for their recovery, they should prioritize their recovery with zero concerns about their employment

What Type of Work Do I Need?

We offer four distinct service models, each designed to meet specific needs: General Services: Ideal for tasks such as cleaning, IT, general administrative duties, or any regular assistance where you prefer not to manage an employee.
