Service in Unity works closely with trusted partners that connect us with individuals who are fully engrossed and committed to living a life in recovery.
Employment Partners
Service in Unity will partner with local providers of recovery services, ex. Substance Abuse, Mental Health Services, Women’s Services. These partners will provide recommendations for potential staff members that will benefit from being employed by Service in Unity.
Strategic Partners
Service in Unity has presented to the local subcommittees task force prioritizing recovery and the role in vocational services. The participants in these committees, and other community leaders, will be strategic partners. There is an alignment of goals, as employment is an important part of all types of recovery, and assisting people in any form of recovery benefits the local community.
Personnel
Service in Unity will locate its staff from Employment Partner Organizations. These Partners will provide recommendations for potential candidates, providing the initial vetting of an at-risk population.
We will be employing a population that is currently under employed, bringing a new capacity to the job market.
